Northern Selection Weekend Cancelled
The ‘Northern Selection weekend’ on the 15/16 June has been cancelled as it clashed with the Centaur weekend and it looked like being a poor turnout. Martin Brookes is asking Pennine members who wish to be considered for selection to represent the North at the Inter-Regional competition on the 20th/21st July to put their names forward.
Margaret Bradley, Keith Mason and Martin will select the teams for the Inter-Regionals from watching players throughout the year at tournaments. Players will then be notified whether or not they have been chosen to represent the North and those who have will need to plan their long journey down to Cirencester where the competition will be held.
There will be a practice
day on Sunday, 14th July at the Northern Racing College in Doncaster for those
who are selected.
