Midland Camp/Tournament – 3rd/4th August 2002
This is one of the
most popular events of the year with a few days of training culminating in a
weekend of high-standard competition.
The regular positioning
of the tournament at the beginning of August means plenty of the usual warm,
sunny weather is practically guaranteed. The regular setting of Henley-in-Arden
is perfect for the competition with the beautiful town providing many pubs,
restaurants and even home-made ice cream shops.
The entertainment
is always fantastic with a karaoke machine guaranteed to make an appearance,
producing plenty of amusing performances!
Following the training which precedes the tournament over the weekend, the competition is usually one of the fastest, high quality events of he polocrosse calendar.
