UKPA UNDER-21 SQUAD
A recent demonstration of polocrosse at Equus, a popular equestrian event, saw
some Pennine members participating.
The
UKPA’s Under 21 squad, for which Guy Robertson and Edward Beckerlegge have
been selected, attended and put on an excellent performance for many people
and potential players.
Our
very own Dave Brookes provided some of the commentary and over the four days
of the show, the UKPA had over 6 enquiries about polocrosse and how to become
involved.
Undoubtedly the demonstration provided our sport with valuable promotion and increased awareness of polocrosse amongst equestrian people, which will hopefully see an increase in UKPA members and players.
