Council
This Thursday,
January 8, at 7 pm the Advisory Council will meet in the library to set the
proposed budget for 2009. All officers and board representatives must be in
attendance.
Budget Hearing
On Thursday, January
15, at 7 pm there will be a hearing on the proposed budget for 2009.
Annual Meeting
and Potluck Luncheon
On Sunday, January
18, there will be a potluck lunch at noon. Bring a dish to pass and your own
table service. The annual meeting will begin promptly at 12:45 pm.
Your annual reports
should be is as soon as possible. We try to have them ready for the
congregation to view a week before the annual meeting.
Nursery Rotation
Help is needed in the
nursery. A new list will be generated in February and we are in need of
volunteers to sit with the children during the worship service. Our hope is to
get enough people so that we can rotate. Is this a ministry that interests you?
Would you consider volunteering in the nursery on a rotating schedule? Contact
Eileen Modaffari at 315-759-3080.
