Farewell Eileen & Christian

Today will be the Modafarri’s last Sunday with us. Eileen has been instrumental here at First Baptist, donating her time and talents to organize the nursery schedule, and several outings to go fishing, hiking, camping, and the African Lion Safari. Always thinking of new ways in which the congregation can come together in fellowship.

We will miss you!

One Great Hour of Sharing envelopes can be found in the pews. As of July 5th, we had received $56.00. Last year we received $602.00

Tee Shirts, Socks and Underwear

This is the last week to get in your donations of new socks, underwear, and tee shirts for the Cameron Community Center in Rochester. Thank you to all who have helped to fill the first box and those who are contributing to the second. All donations are appreciated!

 

Sandwiches for ABM

We have been asked to provide sandwiches for the ABMen’s Conference on Friday evening, August 7th. We will meet at church at

1 pm to assemble them. If you are able to help or to donate food, please see or call (536-7674) Kathie Lawrence. All profits go to the Building Fund Thank You.

Yeah Brittany!

Congratulations to Brittany Griffin for her multiple ribbons won at the Yates County Fair. Her entries included: 3 tier herb garden, hanging plant, etched vase, blanket, and her cow. Way to go Brittany, we are so proud of you!
