This is the interior of the old Sampson Theatre, as viewed from the stage.

The stage area is in the foreground. The floor in the center that leads back to the doorway is a portion of the floor which was added when the Sampson ceased operations as a theater. The areas behind the yellow caution tape have had this floor removed, exposing the original tiers upon which the seating was placed.

Above is the structure of a "hanging ceiling", also added after the days as a theater. The original ceiling was around fifty feet in height. Much of the false ceiling has been removed. Some of the first balcony structure can be seen at the right above the windows. The second balcony would be out of sight off the top of the picture. Above the doorway is an added door which lowered down when the building was used for an auto repair shop.
