This is the hot liquor tank, a 120 litre plastic vessel with insulation wrapped around it.
Note the two connectors that protrude from the tank, one on the lower left (with a plastic pipe attached to it = RIMS inlet), the other half way up (= RIMS outlet). These connect to a copper coil that is inside the tank and is how I achieve a RIMS effect (that's a recirculating infusion mash system). The next picture shows the inside view of the tank so you'll be able to see the copper coiled pipe wrapped around the heating element in a vertical plane.
On the right hand side you can just see the electronics box that I use to cover the connections to the heating element.
