A final view of the equipment in the brewing process stage. Here you see my FV inside its fridge, supported by wooden spacer blocks. The chilled wort is run into 25 litre plastic bins and then graviy fed into the FV. If you look carefully half way down on the right hand side of the FV you will see the temperature probe going into the thermocouple pocket.
At a later stage I will pop on a pic of my oxygenation stone and gas bottle outfit.
