Before filtering, I sterilise everything together.
This container is the type used at meat markets. Its just the right size & geometry.
As nasty as filtering is to some of you, when you don't have a lot of time in your life to bottle you somehow end up exploring kegging. And when you've moved your keg to the neighbours house for a party and need a day for the yeast to settle (and another day to explain this to tentative beer supporters who are disappointed by all the blobby hazy stuff in their beer) you'll eventually make a plan to filter occasionally. And then old habits just die hard I suppose !
