A front view of the filtration set-up
The right hand keg has unfiltered beer in it. The gas bottle (60% CO2 + 40% N2) is set to 80 kPa and this pushes the beer through the filter into the left hand keg.
I connect a spare gas disconect to the gas valve of the left keg for the excess gas to bleed off through. When foam starts to come from here you know its time to stop the process !
The towel is for spills and saves the nett family sanity !
