I am sorry to say, that OWE will no longer be available. We had a glorious 7 year reign on the net, but the time has come to retire. I apologize to everyone. I want to thank everyone also, that has contributed to OWE over the years, to make it one of the best F-15 Websites on the net.

The reason for this is simple: I have been extemely busy with other things in life and I haven't made updates in years. I did attempt to give the site a facelift and moved it to a larger and more powerful server, but that one will disappear soon as well. For now, it can be viewed at:
