| America, by the words of it's successive presidents, is the protector of freedom and democracy in the world. But where is America's protection in Lebanon and in the Middle East. Why are Americans failing to their historical mission? America! Lebanon, and you know it, is still occupied by Syria and Israel. Today, at the end of the 20th century, there's still in the world an occupied land which sovereignty, freedom and independence are sacrificed at the altar of real-politick and big interests. Today, and even after the fall of the "Iron Curtain", the Lebanese people future is being slaughtered by the ugly occupiers, while you are witnessing the crime, or maybe even, sponsoring it. How can you tolerate human rights abuses, committed everyday by Israeli and Syrian forces of occupation. How can accept that Lebanese are still imprisoned in Syrian and Israeli jail with being legally judged. What's the difference between, Bosnia and Lebanon? Why Bosnia's people had the right, after suffering from war, to choose their own destiny and future, while Lebanese were forbidden from ? Where is your honor America? Where are your Independence Day Principles? So, to the American people we say, stop the hypocrisy, help us liberate Lebanon, conforming to UN resolution 520, which asks all foreign troops to leave Lebanon at once. |
