We had the same problem when players got tired and didn't want to play any
more... they would just "go out" on whoever attacked them the most. They had
no intention of trying to win.

So we came up with the "suicide rule": if a player felt they were being
attacked by a player not trying to win , but trying to inflict revenge, then
they could call a vote by the other players. If it was unanimous, then the
attack would have to stop.
