I am an avid visitor to your site, and I have written you before. I just
realized that you provided a unique (if unintentional) staratgy when you
said that Iceland,Japan, and Madagascar were the keys to the game. You
don't want to get stuck occupying them, but if you have the few
territories adjacent to them, you can isolate a group of your opponents
armies. Assuming that you can keep opponent A from beefing up his forces
and fighting his way out, you can make opponent B kill opponent A's forces
on the rest of the board for you. Then simply finish off the group
you isolated, and you get the cards for opponent B's handiwork.
