I have no complaints whatsoever about Risk for Windows. It runs better
than most of the other games that I have. The version is very quick, and
a generally sneaky opponent. I am curious as to the information you have
received. It sounds to me as though your "informants" have no clue as to
the configuration of their systems. Just to let you know, I am by no
means an amateur when it comes to the game; I have been playing it since
1976, when I was ten years old.
