Tricare Extra
A lower cost share for you when you receive services from Tricare's network of civilian healthcare providers.

Tricare Prime
An additional program option, similar to a health maintenance organization (HMO) plan, that offers the lowest out-of-pocket expense in return for the requirement that you use only physicians, hospitals and other healthcare providers who are part of the military treatment facility and civilian Tricare network.

United Concordia FMDP
The FMDP is a voluntary comprehensive dental benefit plan which incorporates United Concordia's innovative dental management efficiencies, including an extensive customer service department, provider and beneficiary communications and state-of-the-art claims processing administration including electronic claims submission. Under the program, active duty military family members and the government share the cost of monthly premiums for preventive, diagnostic, restorative, orthodontic and other dental benefits.
