Sir,
Owing to an intimation that new clothing will be issued to this command this day, I beg leave to suggest the necessity of an order requiring all to perform a thorough ablution (sic?) of his body previous to receiving clean garments for sanitary reasons. Also that all be compelled of legal (?) to make a change of clothing.
