Buiilt between 1942 and 1943 of reinforced concrete and steel covered with earth.
Although it was never armed, it was designed for two 6-inch guns.
The shields and M4 barbette carriages were installed.
The BC tower site for this battery was on the left side of the first picture.

This hill is Battery 228 (1943).
