"Page 19 I'm not against comse C-23. Their quantity and transport capacity will be limited (and overall importance), I guess. Interesting is the C-XX. After the Comanche debacle and V-22 troubles, I don't expect them to use an all-out new design, at least no ambitious one. Interesting is the 'INTRA-theater'. Do they want their own C-17s? They don't seem to trust the USAF at least."
