"Page 22 Decrease Artillery? 16 155mm per brigade is an increase in any Army TO&E that I know. I don't think that today's US divisions have more than 50 SPHs, have they?

Decrease logistic units? yeah, reard the AARs from Irq again and write 'fix logistic system'!

Increase SpecOps units? That usually decreases SpecOps unit quality, and SOCOM is already BIG. You should increase the SOCOM procurement system instead! Military to Civilian conversions... I've recently read that due to the decrease in personnel from 3 million to 2.1 million, the U.S. forces have created 700,000 civilian jobs including lots of security jobs...

I think such a move isn't ONLY good - they should carefully think about it. It's close to cheating."
