Jun '95 to Oct '96 Dulces Nombres Wastewater Treatment Plant.
Technical supervision during the construction of wastewater treatment plant (115 mgd, pure Ox. reactor). Technical support during the start up and operation.

Oct '94 to Jun '95 Dirnking Water and Sewage of Monterrey (Agua y Drenaje de Monterrey), La Boca Plant.
Technical supervision during the operation of municipal water treatment plant (30 mgd), maintenance and operators administration.
