Khlav Kalash Recipe
A delightful Khlav Kalash recipe (takes about 30 minutes):
Ingredients:
600g (or 21 oz.) wether meat
600g (or 21 oz.) lamb meat
4 tomatoes
3 pimentoes
1 onion
water
oil
salt
pepper or any spices you want to add.
Preperation:
Step 1: Cut meat into small cubes, cut pimentoes and onions into small strips, squeeze tomatoes.
Step 2: Put these ingredients into one bowl. Season the mixture heartily, add a little water.
Step 3: Form balls about the size of a baseball.
Step 4: Coat these balls with oil and grill them either on a grill or in a pan.
Step 5: Finally, stick a stick into the balls and .... take a bite.
