Best Advise of Toronto Housing.
Do read
my page before you seek for your dream house.
I have collected some ideas for you of choosing
a new home, either condominium, townhouse, or independent housing (singles).
Make sure you know what you are choosing
with the following concerns:
- What type of housing best for you and
your family?
- If there's senior, a house with
bedroom on the first floor or a condo would be better. This will avoid
accidents while seniors running up and downstairs.
- Kids may like a bigger backyard
as playground.
- How many members to be in this home?
- Get a house that perfectly fit for your
family.
- Too spacious will give you extra
housework.
- How is the location convenient to you?
- Get a middle point if members working
in different regions.
- Watch the traffic network to make
sure every member is comfortable taking their way to work/school.
- How is the community in that area?
- Know your neighbours as to get more background
information about the community to make sure you enjoy the area.
- Join the neighbour-watch program to maintain
safety of the living area. This will avoid strangers wandering around
