To win this award, you've got to have a cute page. Not /sickeningly/ cute, but cute. This does not mean that your page has to have tons of pics of the chibi scouts, ChibiUsa/Reenie, and ChibiChibi, although you probably should have some of the Chibi Scouts and ChibiUsa/Reenie. I doesn't matter if you have alot of ChibiChibi pics, really. Okay, here's an example: I think my site is kawaii. I would give my site the award. That should give you something to measure against. To win this award, your site must have at least 1000 hits. Yeah. I know. But if you don't have this many hits, it's something to shoot for, and there /are/ other awards you can win. Dont' think you can just apply and I won't check your couter. If it doesn't read over 1000, you are disqualified.

This award is just a notch below the amazing award...but a big notch. Ya gotta have a good site, fairly organized, no linked pictures in galleries, not excessive broken links--but no set number--fairly fast loading, good ideas, and pictures. Information is optional, but it should be correct.
To win this award, you must have a really good site. A neatly organized site so that everything is findable, no more than 5 broken links,no linked pictures in galleries, correct info, and pictures. The download time of your page must be under 5 mins (I would say two, but I have a slow modem.) This award is not as hard to win as the following one, but I've got to like it. It's got to be a nice page.

(^-^) To specify, you must have lots of neat pictures organized neatly so they're easy to find, and/or information that is correct and doesn't mix up the Japanese and NA series'. All links must work--but if only one or two don't work, it's okay. And, of course, I have to like it. :^) animated gif's, webring of your own, original fanfic and fan art, layout, asthetics, and overall appearance of your page is taken into account.
