Prepare clean dry jars,
preferably sterilizing them.
Peel and core the apples.
Roughly chop up the raw almonds.
Mix all the ingredients
together in a mixing bowl, mixing well.
Place half of the mixture
and blend in a food processor until the mixture has become paste-like in
texture. Mix with the other half (unprocessed) mixture.
Place mincemeat in clean,
dry, jars. The quantities given are enough to fill about 3 medium
jars.
Keep refrigerated.
