DNA Project
Towards the end of last year we were contacted by Paul Hagger who descended from a Hagger branch which we had come across when transcribing entries from The Times database. Paul volunteered to join the DNA Project and his test results are show on the results page, as you can see Paul’s results show he is likely to related to most of us for whom we have results. In fact in recent weeks various bits of the jigsaw are fitting in place to prove a relationship to a number of us.
This is a picture of Edward Hagger born in 1814 and Paul’s Great Great Grandfather. Edward continued the family business of an Italian Warehouse and Oilman started by his father Edward in Lambs Conduit Street in London,
