Graveyard 6-layer Dip with Shovels (Chips)
16 oz. can of refried beans 1 cup of salsa 2 mashed and peeled avocados (or 8 oz. guacamole dip) 8 oz. sour cream 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 tablespoon black olives (optional) 1 tablespoon green onion tops (optional) 2-3 large bgs of tortilla chips (blue corn if you can find them)
Layer a 10 inch glass pie pan with first 5 items in the order written above. Cover with foil and back at 350 F, until the cheese is melted (approximately 15 to 20 minutes). Garnish with sliced black olives and green onion tops. Serve with a bowl of tortilla chips. |
