Eyeball Highball
Pretty easy.
Take a jar of sliced green olives (you can use black as well) and place one slice in each section of a standered ice cube tray. Fill the tray with seltzer water and freeze. You will want to use the "Eyeballs" in a clear or light colored drink.

To make your drinks a little more festive try coating the rim of your glasses with a little sweet blood.
Just pick up a bottle of light corn syrup and some red food coloring and mix in a bowl. Add in red food coloring til you get the desired shade of red. Turn your glasses upside down and dip the rim into the corn syrup.
Turn glasses right side up and fill with your desired drink. Enjoy!
