Chibi-Usa or Reenie is the sweetest and the most annoying little girl in the Anime. Her name in the
Manga is Usagi Tsukino, but everybody calls her 'Small Lady' in Crystal Tokyo
(Pluto refers to her as this). Chibi-Usa is Neo-Queen Serenity's (Usagi/Serena) and
King Endymion's (Mamoru/Darrien) daughter.
She eventually discovers who the Sailor Senshi are and
she takes them back to the future with her to show them their future, to meet
Sailorpluto, the Black Moon family, and the Silence (This is when
Hotaru/SailorSaturn appears). Unfortunately Sailormoon's ginzuishou fails to
awaken Neo-Queen Serenity and Chibi-Usa runs away. Even worse, Wiseman finds her
and twists her memories and thoughts converting her into Black
Lady who's goal is to destroy the Sailor Senshi.
Finally Usagi, as
Neo-Queen Serenity, revives her true memory, and Black Lady becomes Chibi-Usa
again. She finds that she had the ginzuishou all along, and together, they
destroy Wiseman.
In SuperS Chibi-Usa helps Elios, the Pegasus, who she seems to have a crush on her in
his human form. They always act like they are more than friends...At the end he
goes down on one knee and kisses her hand.

She appears for the first time in R by
landing on top of Usagi's head while Mamoru is kissing her...yay! Then she
points at Usagi with a gun, (not a real gun, but Usagi thinks that it is). The
reason why this happens is because Reenie was told that Sailormoon has the
ginzuishou, which is a crystal that disappeared from where she comes from. She needs it to help
her mother in the future (who is in fact SailorMoon/Usagi) because she has been
sealed in the crystal after an attack by the Black Moon family. So she acts very
nasty and rude, trying to find the ginzuishou not knowing that Usagi/SailorMoon
is in fact her mother!
Chibi-Usa returns in S as ChibiMoon, converted in a
SailorSenshi in training. Her attacks are very weak and annoying. They simply
aggravate the enemy, it doesn't destroy it or heal it. She becomes friends with
Hotaru (who has no friends) in a park while Chibi-Usa's hat flies away. Hotaru
catches it running out of breath. Then Chibi-Usa cuts herself and Hotaru heals
it with her powers, which Chibi-Usa finds this not only amazing but cool. Because of their friendship, Master Pharoah 90 makes Hotaru swallow
Chibi-Usa's ginzuishou in exchange for Chibi-Usa's freedom. But he tricks her,
when Hotaru swallows the crystal (a rather disturbing scene, by the way) she becomes Mistress
9 whose goal is to steal all the crystals and help Master Pharoah 90 to leave
the World in a state called the Silence. Eventually Hotaru destroys Mistress 9
and Chibi-Usa is safe.
Chibi-usa says this to transform into Sailor Chibi-Moon.
Chibi-Usa says this to transform into Super Sailor
Chibi-Moon.
Sailor Chibi-Moon uses her rod to perform this attack in
Sailormoon S. (Very useless. All it does is throw a bunch of hearts and annoy
the enemy)
Chibi-Moon uses this to call Pegasus with the Crystal Carillion.
