You can download anything you want for your personal use (i.e. for your homepage or your desktop). Most of the first set of border backgrounds are made by Apatt, creator of the Anime Zone. Only a few are made by me, proper credit isn't required, but it would be nice.
To save, right click your mouse and click on "Save Background As" or if you are using a MAC, click on your mouse and then select "Save".
