Setsuna is the oldest of them all. In the manga she is a freshman at
college; in the Anime, she is out of school and she is doctor. She appears
for the first time in SailorMoon S, and she is a good friend of Michiru
and Haruka.

Sailorpluto guards the gate of time with her Garnet Rod,
which is shaped like a key. She is kind of mysterious and very beautiful,
and she doesn't really fight with the rest of the Senshi. She is pretty
much alone (both in the Manga and in the Anime). But she is good friends
with Chibi-Usa, who refers to her as Pu.
In S, it is revealed that she
has one of the three Talismans, (the Garnet Orb which is at the end of her
Rod). She leaves soon, near the end of S. It seems like she is "punished"
for halting the time in order to save Neptune and Uranus from a helicopter
explosion. But she returns in Sailor Stars to take baby Hotaru from
Professor Tomoe and raise her before she grows into her SailorSenshi form again.
Setsuna says this to become Sailorpluto.
Sailorpluto says this to form a pink ringed ball of energy
that has the power of a gale force wind at the tip of her rod which she
then fires at an enemy.
This is Sailorpluto's forbidden power. This will
temporarily stop time, but she usually has to leave the battle after using
it for breaking the rules of being the guardian of the Time
Lanes.(uugghh!)
