Haruka is very good at sports and racing, and she plays the piano very well. She likes to dress like a man. In the manga, she's half male, half female with characteristics of both sexes. (In the Mnaga when asked by Usagi whether she was a girl or a boy, Haruka says that she is both.)
Haruka is 16 in Sailormoon S, in 10th grade, and goes to Mugen Gakuen High School (private) along with Michiru. She wears the male school uniform. She is dominating and possesive in her relationship with Michiru. Which is totally unfair because she is always teasing other girls and flirting with them. She flirts with Usagi all the time, and she flirted with a maid while she was sick, making Michiru very mad (slamming the door). Haruka is very jealous. In the manga when a male wants to meet Michiru Haruka pushes him and acts very rude.
On the other hand she is very serious and dedicated to her SailorSenshi activities (finding the Talismans). She is willing to sacrifice anyone (but she doesn't let Usagi die). After the Talismans are discovered, Haruka, Neptune, and Pluto try to kill Hotaru, Sailorsaturn, to prevent the Silence (state in which the Earth freezes and dies, being in silence). At the end she is killed by Galaxia, along with Michiru, they die holding hands.

World Shaking
Sailoruranus reaches up and gathers golden energy into her hand. This energy is joined by energy from the earth which forms a ringed ball that she throws to the ground. The ball rips through the ground and creates something that looks like an earthquake that slams the enemy.

Space Sword Blast
In this attack she uses the Space Sword, her talisman. She swings the sword and rays of light eminate from it, destroying the enemies.
