Mina is the sweet and nice senshi. She goes to a different junior high school from the other Inner Senshi, but later she transfers to Juuban High School. She has a white cat that guides her and teaches her named Artemis.
She's is very much like Usagi...a major ditz, but incredibly funny, just like Usagi.
She was in fact the first Sailor Senshi. When she was in England for an exchange program, she met her kitty Artemis, and she became Sailor V. She fought villains there, with her friends Alan and Katrina. Then she returned to Japan and became Sailorvenus, joining with the rest of the Inner Senshi.
In the manga, she seems to be the leader of the Inner Senshi and way more mature than she is in the Anime.

Mina says this to transform into SailorVenus.

Mina uses this to change into SailorVenus in Sailormoon R and S.

Venus Crystal Power Make-Up
This allows Mina to transform into Super SailorVenus in Sailormoon SuperS and Sailor Stars.

Crescent Beam
Venus says this and a double crescent beam of light emits from her fingertips and zaps her target.

Crescent Beam Shower
Similar to Crescent Beam, but this time the beam splits into hundreds of beams.

Venus Love Me Chain
A gold chain of tiny hearts circles around her. She then directs the chain at an enemy. This is usually used to tie an enemy up.

Venus Love and Beauty Shock
Super Sailorvenus' attack. She blows a kiss and golden hearts appear that she directs to her enemies.
