Troubleshooting

Intermittent

When everything looks like intermittent, the first possible cause is not enough memory
Solution:
Increase the virtual v\memory to the enough portion.

Tips

Windows NT Backoffice

When installing one of the BackOffice servers or components, before restarting a PC, check the:
Windows NT Task Manager
Performance
CPU Usage History
To make sure that is is idle ±1%. If not, error may occur when you restart the server, because of forcing the background process to stop.

Proxy Server

To ensure the Proxy Server running well:
Use the Internet Explorer (IE) for the Proxy Server with the Proxy Server address and port at the IE Options - Connection.
If it can browse, then the proxy is OK.
