The game requires at least 3 kids and one ball. The child who starts with the ball and all the
 other kids have a funny second name. The fist kid throws the ball and tells a funny second
 name. The kid that has this name tries to catch the ball. If he or she doesn't catch it, he or she
 will have a louse. When he has 15 lice, he will get another funny name.
