Different Kinds
of Music
I like many different
kinds of music. I like rap, pop, and heavy metal. My favorite bands or
singers are Will Smith, Backstreet Boys, Nsync, and Eagle Eye Cherry. They
are fun to listen and dance to.
I also like classical music.
One composer I like is Tchaikovsky. He wrote a lot of music for ballets.
I also like Brahms. He wrote a lullaby that all children learn at a young
age. Prokofiev's Peter and the Wolf is a great piece. I like how each instrument
plays a part in the story! Music can make you feel many different
emotions. It is a language all it's own.
I love music. I could
listen to it all day! My favorite types of music are pop, dance,
and rap. I love N' Sync, The Backstreet Boys, Britney Spears, and
Savage Garden. I also like Five, Lauren Hill, Celine Dion, and Robyn.
Now I will tell you why I like these groups and singers.
Savage Garden is the CD I
save for when I'm totally fed up with the world. N' Sync and The Backstreet
Boys brighten up my day. (Don't ask me why, they just do.)
Britney Spears, Robyn, and Celine Dion make me want to sing, and Five and
Lauren Hill I just like; no special reason, I just do.
So, whether you like reggae
or heavy-metal, here's to you, music lovers!

I enjoy many different kinds
of music: Rap, hip-hop, rock, and jazz. I even enjoy listing to opera once
in a while. Jazz and opera relax me and hip-hop gets me going. Sometimes
I go to Lincoln Center to hear music performances. Lincoln Center is a
place in New York City. It is made up of different buildings connected
by a large square with a fountain in the middle. You can hear different
kinds of music in each building, like opera symphonies.
I play the drums. My teacher
tries to teach me jazz and reggae drum grooves. It is hard to learn the
grooves, but when you get it, it sounds great. My sister used to play the
flute. That is a mellow instrument.

Actually,
I like all kinds of music, such as rap, pop and oldies, folk music, show
tunes and classical music. I listen to pop more then rap but Will Smith
is my favorite rapper. The "oldies" rock and roll came from the 1950
though the 1970's. I like the folk song that we sing in school. Mostly
they came from the days of pioneers and settlers in the 1800's and 1900's.
Show tunes are fun and sometimes
they make you want to dance. I like learning the words too.
I also like movie soundtracks, which are from the present time. I
don't really listen to classical music, but I hear it a lot because my
aunt is a music teacher and plays in an orchestra. I have heard many
of her concerts. That music comes from the old composers such as
Beethoven And Mozart in the 1800's.

A composer
that I like is Beethoven. The kind of music that I like is hip hop, Country,
and Country Rock. T groups I like is *Nsync and Back Street Boys. The Country
singers I like are Brooks and Dun and Allen Jackson. The Country singer
I like is Shania Twain.

I like all
kinds of music. The CD's I have are Chef Aid," Big Willie,'' Rob
Zombie ,'' and I used to have Wallflowers , but it got lost
and I cannot find it. When Christmas came I got money to get a new
CD player and some speakers. The only reason I bought a new
CD player because the other one broke.

Some music
groups I like are Nsync, Backstreet Boys, and The Offspring. Some music
singers I like are Brandy, Monica, Britney Spears and many others.
I like those groups and singers because they are lively and almost all
of them make slow and fast music. I love Justin Timberlake from Nsync
because he is cute and he would be a nice person to meet.

I would like
to tell you about my favorite music. I don't really have any favorite
composers. I like modern music. My favorite contemporary music group
is ''THE BACKSTREET BOYS!'' My favorite singer is Britney Spears.
My favorite music styles are pop, rap, heavy metal, rock and roll,
hip-hop, and punk. My favorite instrument is the flute. I would
really like to take lessons for it. My other favorite singer is Lauryn
Hill!
