This candle burns for my nephew Kenny who we lost to cancer on July 10, 1997. May you laugh with the Angels now, Kenny. We miss you.

This ribbon is in honor of Charles "Chuck" Williams, the firefighter who lost his life on February 17, 1997, while battling a fire in Lexington, Kentucky, only 15 miles from my home. Please let it remind you of the sacrifice these firefighters make everyday on our behalf; we tend to forget the danger they face and the chance they take serving their communities. Please feel free to download this memorial and place it on your page to show your support for these brave souls.
