The rock creature is slowly shrinking, the sun was out for a few hours, then in and now, it's out again. The pond is nearly thawed again though this time it had only a skin of ice. My veggie garden still has 3-5 inches of snow inside its fence. I threw a few snowballs worth of snow out of it though the dogs didn't seen interested. I need to plant a few early veggies before my trip east, so it better start melting faster!
