But not as humid as it could be. It's about 86 degrees and very sunny but breezy! I suspect we'll get some thunderstorms later this afternoon. I've managed to pull some more thistle out from around the pond without being stabbed through my gloves. The bigger plants have nasty thorns but if I grab at the base it's much safer.

The ducks have finally figured out what their door is for. I didn't have to stuff one through the hatch to get the others to follow any more. In fact after I got back from my walk this morning they were waiting impatiently for the hole to appear. Of course they ran away form the hatch while I was opening it up but once I moved away, first one ducky head appeared and then it was a free for all through the door. At the moment they're outside under the deck in the driveway with Rocket and Luna and a turkey pan full of water. For some reason they won't go in the pond today. Silly Creatures!
