Rocket and Luna
Autumn 2005

Michigan Mud Puppies
Two labs, a few ducks and 2 humans living the good life in the cedar swamps of Michigan!
Luna is Okay

A short time after I posted yesterday's tale of Luna and the spool of thread the light dawned (thanks sis) that this could be a bad thing. So for the next 24 hours I worried, fretted and followed Luna around watching for signs of distress, tummy upset, nasty stuff.

She played, she ate, she ran around, bounced about, wrestled and acted normally, oblivious to what she was putting me through.

This morning when I left my room her and greeted her on the guest bed, her tail merely twitched at the end and she just lay there like a lump instead of jumping up and bounding off the bed as usual. I was momentarily scared spitless. But then she yawned and all was normal once again.

This girl is going to make me gray before I'm 50! Poor Rocket already is gray.
