Rocket played with his red plastic ball today and Luna didn't run over, take it away and leave him looking on forlornly. She did follow him around with her large beef bone swinging from her jaws. She looked really odd, but then she is an odd puppy.

After our walks they spent a long time laying outside on their beds in the sun. The temps were only in the 20s but for double coated labs the sun probably made them feel nice and toasty. It was sunny enough to make the icicles hanging off the roof drip and leave nice ice puddles beneath them.

There's a big snow/ice/rain storm to the south of us. We weren't supposed to get much of anything but now it's looking like we might get between 2 to 6 inches of snow. I prefer that to freezing rain. Luna would enjoy more snow though I'll be the one to shovel the deck and shake out their beds. But since my left arm is feeling better it will be good exercise!
