Oh Well
I had a really cool photo for today but it seemed to vanish while DH was downloading them from the camera across the network. Perhaps I can fake one later this week. From this photo you can see Rocket using the trail made by DH pulling a log back to the house.
The storm finally let up and we got about 6 inches total though it's hard to tell from all the drifting. It's a bit iffy driving my Taurus out of the swamp since the driveway is 1/4 mile up hill and DH left the tractor he uses for plowing at his pole barn 17 miles away. Instead he packed the snow down by dragging a huge cedar log behind his 4 wheel drive SUV. Afterward I managed to drive all the way to the street but the softness of the snow bed made things a little squirrely. It doesn't help that coming back down the hill is even more squirrely since I need new brakes.
