With the temps in the 40s for 2 days in a row the snow is getting compacted and squishy, the kind of stuff that when you step in it you're not always sure if your foot will stay on top, go straight down or find a new way to go sideways and have you playing Twister without the circle covered plastic cloth. Poor Rocket had such a hard time he finally gave up and laid down for a bit until I made some foot prints for him to follow me. He is nine after all and it's tough getting old.
