Annie was owned by our very special friend Susan McGregor (now Konopa) who generously leased her to us for two litters. These litters have been the foundation of our Windstorm Salukis and Annie can still be seen in our dogs, their soundness, their outlines, their expression and most obviously their personalities. She is also responsible for the often awkward "An" in many of their names. She was a personality from the first trip home in the car. She never forgot a friend. She became friends with everyone she had a chance to know.
