Losing a beloved
Sheltie is perhaps one of the
hardest prices we pay for having
these dogs of ours so thoroughly
enmeshed in our lives and in our
hearts. Grieve though we do
when we lose a special friend,
most of us will soon add another
Sheltie; not to take the place
of the one we lost, but to help
fill the big hole left behind.
Soon, the new furry little being
has brought the wonderment of
having a beloved companion back
into our lives, and a new
journey begins.
