Comments: I too cook my greyhound, Falcon, a special meal once a day since she turned two(4 years ago), she developed an auto immune disease manifested in her toenails. Her toenails aren't healthy and if left to their own devices grow out deformed and twisted. Now she has developed a fever of 104, which she has had for over a week. All blood tests and x rays are normal. Two different anibiotics are not helping. Now her temperature is at 106; we will try steriods to see if this does anything. Did you have any experience with your greyhounds and mysterious fevers? Thanks from Falcon.

Comments: i live in mo. with 9 dogs and we have fed them a raw diet for a long time. we are active in many k-9 sports and have never had any probs with the natural and raw diet. i work for vets and they think i am crazy, it's sad that they are so uneducated about t e animals they went to school for! one of our relief doctors just got into this and she has been a great help. and she has put up with sooo many questions! thanks for your web site! amy and the pit crew

Comments: I just started the barf plan. I am still having trouble on how much to feed. My dogs range from 50-90lbs. I only feed once a day. Also I have one dog that has had terrible ear infections. I thought barf might help. If you have any advice please help
