  1. Check out the No Escape: The Truth About Black Holes web site. Is a black hole really a hole? What is it?
  2. Take the From Galileo to Hubble: Why A Telescope In Space? Challenge. Why do we need telescopes in space?
  3. Go to Star Light, Star Bright. What did you remember about light? Write down 5 interesting facts.
  4. Find out about codes. What is the secret code used by the Voyager spacecraft?
  5. Do you have what it takes to discover a new planet? What planet was discovered by Sir Frederick William Herschel? Why was Herschel's experiment with light important?
  6. People in other countries besides the United States sent greetings on the Voyager Spacecraft. Go to Voyager Spacecraft to hear greetings in other languages. How many languages are represented? Listen to some greetings in languages you don't know.
  7. Find out about Halley's Comet at The Comet Halley web site. What year will we next see this comet?
  8. Look at some craters at the Meteor Impact Craters site. How many impact craters have been discovered and studied on the Earth's surface?
