An Italian assassin (female, of course) arrives in England for a job, but must wait for her quarry until that evening. Soon she finds out that she herself is the target of a group of thugs hired by the man who contracted her.

This movie would have been alright had it been compressed into a half hour. The first fifteen minutes are pretty good; the villain explains that he can only get "excited" by killing, the beautiful assassin arrives, and there is a shootout (though no one hits anything for 5 minutes). After this, though, we discover that the assassin must wait around until that evening for her true target to arrive, and we get to wait with her for every boring second. The majority of Killing Time does just that; it consists of her sitting around in her hotel room, something which I'm sure interests someone somewhere. Most viewers, however, could do without 90 minutes of watching some woman hang out (fully clothed for most of the time), periodically shooting the inept morons after her. So little happens in this hour and a half that it leaves the viewer feeling cheated. If you find yourself wanting to see a female assassin movie, pass on Killing Time and pick up The Long Kiss Goodnight.
