Welcome to our Club's web page. We are a diverse group of people in the Michigan area who enjoy raising and showing English Budgerigars. The emphasis is on enjoyment. We meet at each other's homes once a month to talk about Budgies, plan our show, share a meal, and have fun. We have Champion, Intermediate, Novice, and Junior members, as well as Rare breeders. We always welcome new members, and members often have extra stock for sale to help newcomers get started, as well as plenty of advice. Members normally bring a nominal bird-related gift ($10 or less) to each meeting (sometimes extra budgies), and we raffle them off to raise money for our show. The biggest mistake someone who's interested in breeding budgies can make is to not join a club and get the support it can provide. If you'd like more information, please contact:

These birds are being evaluated at one of our club shows. At this meeting we were showing only our Section One birds, Lt. Green and Grey Green Normals. These informal club shows are great practice for the birds and the exhibitors!
