Hubad Sa Ilalim Ng Buwan
The metaphysics of personal struggle, human conflict and spiritual contradiction converge and father a strange cosmic truth. That which Lauro, a priest estranged from the holy vows, confronts when he marries Clara and starts raising a family. They raise two daughters, Lerma and Agnes. Unbeknownst to Lauro, Agnes is a product of an illicit affair between Clara and Roman, a rich landlord, while Agnes, gets involved with Ador. When Ador gets Lerma pregnant and leaves her, Lauro decides to settle the score, almost slaying the lusty but spineless Ador. Roman also abandons Clara, driving her to commit suicide. The brutal truth becomes lucid to Lauro - the paternal bond that binds Agnes and Roman. A man can only take too much. He becomes wracked with melancholia and wanders aimlessly, unable to come to terms with his personal truths. So much so that when Lerma and Agnes finally find him, it becomes a challenge to make sense of the naked truths that lie ahead for them all.
